Subtitle videos in LORY now highlight each spoken word as it is heard, the universal social-media subtitle look. The four explainer, trailer, and short-story playbooks all produce word-highlighted output by default, so that your subtitle clips land with the rhythm viewers expect without extra setup. If you would rather keep plain sentence-level subtitles, open Topic Explainer's Advanced section and set Subtitle word highlight to Off — the other playbooks accept the same override on their subtitle step's config. You can also tune the subtitle font (Inter Bold, Bangers, Anton), the text color, and the highlight color in the same Advanced section.

You can now turn a voice clip into a transparent text overlay and place it over your finished video. Playbooks that generate voiceovers now create these subtitle overlays automatically, and in Storyboards you can pick them from the new Overlays section in Video Combine when you want captions in your final render. Voice Text Overlay is useful for subtitles, lyric-style captions, or branded text moments, and you can combine it with other transparent overlays to create a more polished final video.

You can now turn a still image into a moving shot with the camera motion you want. Image Animation can also carry over the motion from your storyboard moment automatically, so it is faster to turn a frame, concept image, or reference still into a usable clip.
